WILL I SEE A PROOF?
Proofs will NOT be sent until a purchase has been made. This helps us prioritize our orders and get them out quickly. Please contact us if you have a large number of changes you would like to make. Additional fees may apply.

WHERE DO I START?
See a listing you like? Add the item/s to your cart, check out, and make payment via PayPal or credit card. In the “Note to Seller” section let us know all the event info that we will need to complete your card, like the Date, Time, Name, Address, Age.... any info that would need to compete your order. EVEN IF we have been discussing details via convos, it is important that you send everything at this time – it cuts down on processing time, and ensures that no details are missed!

WHAT IS THE CALLIGRAPHY PROCESS?
Nothing says custom more than the art of calligraphy! At Cherish, we appreciate how hand lettering elevates any project – from envelopes and place cards, to branding and social stationery. Each project is tailored to your specific needs and no project is too small! We love writing out wedding vows or love letters as gifts just as much as we enjoy hand addressing 200+ wedding envelopes. WHAT IS THE INVITATION PROCESS?
Cherish Creations specializes in custom wedding invitation suites. What does this mean exactly? It means we love paper, particularly wedding paper. From save the dates to one-of-a-kind monograms, we help you create a suite that embodies not only your wedding but the love you have for one another. We don’t believe that one design fits every client, so when we say “custom” we really mean it. Our designs are tailored to you – because your invitations should be as unique as your wedding day. I AM IN // COMING TO TEXAS CAN I VISIT?
At this time we do not have a brick and mortar shop and while we would love for y'all to stop by, we currently have a closed studio.

WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER, CAN I CALL YOU?
We are a small online shop and at this time to do not offer over-the-phone customer service. If you have a question or concern please email us or fill out our contact form.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you purchased a print package, prints will typically be shipped via FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail after your approval of a proof. Print packages are only available for residents of the U.S. Once USPS tracking is marked delivered there will be no discounts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items purchased requiring no customization are typically processed in 3 business days. Items purchased requiring customization take a little bit longer and you should allow 10 days from your proof approval. International orders take longer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We always want to work with you to reach an agreement. Unused and unaltered orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Used, altered, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalized orders. Read more here: CherishCreations.net/shipping

CANCELLATIONS
If at any time you wish to cancel your order, Cherish Creations does not issue refunds for cancellations. You will lose any full or partial payments that have been made. No exceptions. We can, however, offer you a one time courtesy rain check and you will be able to use a partial credit towards a future project. Once you are issued a proof, final or otherwise, there are no refunds issued. Duh, we’ve already done all the work :) If your customization work has not begun, you will receive a refund. If customization has begun, but your proof has not yet been approved, you will receive a refund less a $30 design fee. Cancellation is not possible and no refund can be given once the order has been sent to the printer for production. This generally occurs within 24 hours of proof approval.

These are files for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Mass production, file sharing or any commercial use of these files is strictly prohibited. You may not edit or resell this file, in whole or in part, nor the finished products it produces. Cherish Creations retains all rights to these designs. Purchase of any item constitutes your agreement of these terms. We are not liable for any photos provided by your clients. Please be sure to have permission from your photographers before submitting any photos for us to use. All Items are copyrighted by and are property of Cherish Creations LLC
