Do you provide proofs before finalizing?
Yes. We will send a proof within 1-3 business days of ordering via Etsy chat or email, depending on how you sent your photos at the time of purchase.

How long does it take to get a reply once I message you?
In most cases we will get back to you within 24-48 hours of messaging us. Please note that we are *closed* (away from the computer) Friday evening through Sunday and will respond to messages/inquiries first thing Monday morning.

Do you keep photos/custom art on file once an order is placed?
Yes. We keep all photos and custom art pieces that we make for our customers in our database in case they should ever decide they want to repurchase in the future. This also helps cut down their future processing time by approximately 5 days.
What do I do if my item has a... printing errors/lost in transit/mis-delivered, or you're simply not happy with it?
Please write us through Etsy chat or email us at help@strayfaces.com and we'll be happy to help you out no matter what the issue is :)
