International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive, but may take 6-8 weeks during busy seasons.

I don't smoke, but I do have two cats. If you’re severely allergic to cats, please consider ordering from another Etsy shop or cleaning your items thoroughly before using.

The parts I purchase and use to make stitch markers are typically metal plated (gold plated, silver plated- stitch markers made entirely of these metals would be very expensive) or color plated, and because that’s a very thin layer of color over the base metal, it can wear off over time, depending on factors such as humidity, environment, storage, and how frequently they’re used.
It won’t damage anything, and the effect can give it more of an antique patina.

I personally love this slowly visible sign of the time I have spent with a single stitch marker.

First, ask anyone you may live with if they got the package. Then, check the area around where it should have been delivered (ex. check your porch and mail box) and ask any neighbors you may have.
Then, it’s best to contact me directly, and I can request a trace through USPS, which usually resolves the issue within a few days. You're also able to submit this request, but please contact me first so you can enter as much information as possible.
I ask that we only submit one request through USPS, so we don't confuse the system. If a trace is unsuccessful after 7 business days, then we do a missing mail search (1-2 weeks).

If you still don’t have your order after both searches, then we can discuss our options of replacement or refund.

Absolutely! I may need to order more parts if the quantity is not available, but I am more than happy to put together bulk and/or custom orders. Large or custom orders where I need to order additional parts may take several weeks, but when I have the parts available I can get them finished and sent out typically within a week.

Absolutely! I never indicate what’s inside a package (except when required for customs forms, where it’s usually listed as ‘crafting supplies’, ‘jewelry’, or ‘earrings’, or to mark if it contains fragile glass beads).

Packages are typically either bubble mailers or cardboard boxes, with no special labels or stickers indicating what may be inside. Most orders will come with a generic "thank you" sticker on the packaging.

Please do not be concerned, especially if ordering pride items! The contents are completely hidden and I never specify anything on the packaging about contents being pride-related. Please contact me if you have any concerns!

All stitch markers work for knitting!
Typically ring and hex styles are preferred for knitting because they fit on the needle, but some knitters prefer or also use clip styles to attach to the yarn.

Clip stitch markers (also called progress keepers) work for crochet. This includes bulb pins, lobster clasps, and leverback clips. These stitch markers clip to the yarn of a project, while the rest are solid rings and can’t be used for crochet without putting them on a locking stitch marker, like a bulb pin.

If you order the wrong style for crochet, my first recommendation is to use them on a bulb pin or locking stitch marker!

If you’re not sure if the recipient knits or crochets, it’s safest to go with the clip style.
