WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE IT (not included):
- Skill Level - sewing experinece needed
- Felt: (wool felt approx. 1.5mm thick) Red Brown, Black and White.
- Thread: Three strands of embroidery thread or simple sewing thread to match felt and for facial features.
- Stuffing: suitable for soft toys,
- Other: Sewing needle, embroidery scissors, paper and printer

- Yes, online or otherwise in limited numbers only. No Mass-production please.

If you have not received your pattern within 2 days, and have also not received any email or Etsy conversation from me, I ask that you write to me, either through email or Etsy conversation, to see if there might have been some problem in sending your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Because this is a PDF pattern, we unfortunately can NOT accept returns or exchanges if the pattern has already been emailed to you. However, if you contact us immediately, BEFORE we have emailed the pattern to you, we would be willing to do an exchange, or possibly return, depending on the situation. Again, if you wait until after we have emailed the pattern to you, we cannot accept any return or exchange at that time, as there is no way to "get back" a PDF file once it's been sent out.
