HOW TO INSTALL YOUR U PART WIG
When you receive your unit all you need to do is...cut out the u section, which I have made small enough for you not to have to leave out too much of your own natural hair. You will then need to braid your hair accordingly, leaving enough hair out to fit in the u section. This is where you will make a natural part using your own hair. Once this is done, place the unit on your head again....this is when you will see if you need to trim off or some of the elastic band to fit comfortably on your head. Now sew the unit down around the perimeters. Very easy! If you have request combs or clips, take the parts of the unit where the combs are located and insert them under your braids in those areas. This will ensure a very secure fit to your head. Now last but not least, part your hair down the middle of your leave out and style. If you are unsure after reading these instructions, I usually ask that you see your stylist for installment. Please contact me for any questions or concerns.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR U PART WIG
Q: How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.

Q. What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very
Important to keep it soft and manageable. Please use a lot of moisturizing conditioners to hydrate the hair. Recommended shampoos and conditioners: Pantene for women of color, or any Pantene with a hydration, Suave Moroccan infusion color care shampoo and conditioner, and dove intense repair therapy shampoo and conditioner. Wash with the different shampoos, condition saturate hair with conditioner, let sit for an hour or so in a plastic bag, rinse. Let unit naturally air dry. Use a heat protectant, (IC heat protectant in dark pink bottle) ,blow dry for straightening, curl and style. Please Please Please don’t use any sprays, or other products. Other products only weigh the hair down and make it unmanageable. Only use just a little Moroccan Argan oil lite penetrating after styling. Colored hair needs to stay hydrated. Please try to wash and condition at least once a week. Please wash all hair in a downward motion. Never wash hair going upward. Wash hair in the shower, not in a sink where you have to hold your head down in the water to wash. I like to use a Denman brush on my wigs. You can use any wig brush you like. Denman is just my preference. You can purchase a Denman brush at Sally’ beauty store. Do not wet hair and lay on the unit.

Q: They can be straightened, curled?
A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straightener or when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools
too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.



Update**
I have had this wig for almost a month now and have worn it pretty much everyday. I have washed, straightened and curled the wig and it is still so beautiful. The construction of the wig is amazing and I have had barely any shedding whatsoever...just a couple of strands here and there. I am very satisfied with this product.

One thing that I will stress and I know that Tina talks about this too when you make your purchase is to make sure that you moisturize/condition the hair...especially the ends if the hair is color treated. This WILL extend the life of the wig and keep the hair in good condition.

I can't say enough positive things about this company, about the quality of work and of course about Tina herself. My experience with Tina and her products have made me a lifelong customer.
