Your order is wrapped beautifully in wrapping paper and finished off with a tied ribbon, ready for gift giving. All orders include an Urbanic Tribe tote bag. If your order is a gift and you’d like a personal note included in the parcel, please mark your order as a gift and leave your message in the “note to seller” at checkout or contact me.

My main priority is that you’re happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your new garment, please contact me within 3 days of your purchase to receive an exchange or refund. Once your return request has been accepted, I will send you instructions on how to send the garment back to me.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If your items were purchased with a "free shipping" offer, $5-$13 will be deducted from your refund.
Custom-made items, sale items and items altered by special request are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Refund / exchange will be issued after I receive the garment in its original condition.

Please note - it’s extremely important to contact me first before shipping items back.

I accept custom orders based on the designs you see in my shop. Most of my designs are available in one size, but if you need a different length or size, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Processing time: 5-7 business days
Each piece is individually handmade, so it can take up to 7 business days to make your garment(s). If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it out to you ASAP.
Standard shipping: 10-28 business days
Express shipping: 3-5 business days.
All orders are updated with a tracking number.
