MADE TO ORDER ITEMS — Generally I can complete and post an order in 3 – 5 business days (M-F). If I need to order materials or have an unusually high volume of orders which would delay my completion time, I will let you know immediately. If you are unable to wait for your order, I will cancel it for you and refund any money you have placed on your purchase.

Not all rings are able to be re-sized more than1/2 size larger, so please order carefully. If I have to make a new ring in a size greater than 1/2 the original, additional charges will apply. You may purchase a ring sizer in advance and receive a $5 discount code on your subsequent purchase.

My ring mandrel system is checked against standard metal rings used for sizing and I check sizing repeatedly during my production process. PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept returns or perform refunds for rings ordered in the incorrect size.

A simple re-size up to 1/2 larger is free + shipping. A more complicated re-size fee will depend on the design of the ring and may require a complete re-make.

Made to order rings in a specific size or other jewelry in a specific design are considered custom orders.

Once your customized order is completed, I cannot make any refunds of merchandise that you ordered in a size or design that I will not be able to resell. This includes rings in sizes over US size 8 or under US size 6. Contact me within 3 days of receipt of your jewelry to initiate a return, assuming the item is returnable.

Ready to mail items are eligible for return/refund. Custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund. Please see "Custom and personalized Orders" in FAQ's (above) for more info.

Seller must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your merchandise regarding your desire to make a return. Please contact me through the "contact seller" link.

Return merchandise to Linda Banning – Nimble Witch Creative in original packaging, or similar sturdy packaging. Returns must be received within 2 weeks of delivery date to buyer. Refund is made when item is received and in new condition.
