The Magician Vajrakilaya

Fierce heruka Vajrakilaya holds the magic dagger called a Purbha in his hands. Purbhas can fix the sky to the earth, establishing an energy conduit between them to change the weather - or they can pin down demons and negative thought-forms, be they in a person or a society. Like catching a leprechaun to get him to grant you three wishes, you have to pin them down to be able to wrestle with whatever negative energy is stuck and making all those problems!
We meet the herukas after death, when we are in the in between phase of existence called the Bardo where visions and experiences waft to us from the ether of our own mind's past memories. At first we see peaceful deities but these eventually give way to fierce beings and some of these are Herukas. They are like tough angels, guiding you along, but snarling all the way at the negative energies that can catch you in their vortex and bring you to a lower rebirth.

A WORD ABOUT ARCHIVAL GICLEE TECHNOLOGY: The giclee prints I sell of my originals look and feel like paintings and don't loose definition as they are enlarged to the sizes for each piece that I offer. Artwork is scanned via what looks like a really big "camera"/computer and then printed with a sophisticated inkjet printer, which is 5+ feet wide, onto artists' archival heavyweight watercolor paper. It takes about 15 minutes to print a 24"x36". This makes the most crisp accurate print available in fine art printing technology. People often mistake the prints for actual paintings.
NOTE: Sizes are approximate.
