All tumblers are handmade with love so please handle with care! Epoxy resin is durable, but not shatterproof - it may crack if dropped.

As with all handmade items, minor imperfections may be present. These include small rough spots or bubbles, or stray glitter. These are not considered flaws and add to the charm of a handmade item! Although I do try to get as close to perfect as I can, since I am a person not a machine sometimes these minor imperfections can occur 😊. I do work mainly with glitter - and a lot of glitter! There is likely always going to be a stray speck or 3 on your non glittered order.

My current (tumbler) turn around time is 4-6 weeks. This is the time needed to create your item and does not include shipping time. I can only guarantee your item will be shipped within the posted processing time, but once it is in USPS’s possession I have no control over the time it will take to reach you.

I ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or USPS First Class. You may choose to upgrade shipping for faster delivery. Please message me for an upgrade quote/listing if this option is needed. Note that this does not expedite processing, it only upgrades the shipping service once the package is provided to the carrier,

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address used at checkout is both a current and complete address, as well as a safe and secure location for package delivery. I am not responsible for packages returned due to incomplete addresses, or shipped to an old address. If the package is returned to me it can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

*ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED*
If your item is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it:
First, please check with neighbors and around the perimeter. Occasionally USPS marks packages delivered early as well.
If it does not arrive by the end of the following day please contact me and I will call the post office for the exact coordinates of the delivery. If it matches your address this becomes a police matter and it is not something I will be able to replace. Please file a report with your local police department as mail theft is a serious federal offense.
If it is confirmed as mis-delivered, I will work with you and USPS to have it retrieved or replaced if they are unable to retrieve.

If your item arrives damaged, please keep
all of the packaging and send me photos within 1-2 days of receiving the package. I do ship with insurance, however USPS will likely require the buyer to provide the packaging in person for inspection prior to approving a claim. Failure to provide their required proof can result in a denied claim and I will be unable to replace the item in the instance of a denied claim.
