Orders are processed weekly and shipped within 3–5 business days. All items are packaged carefully and sent via USPS, unless noted otherwise. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Any item(s) shipped to the wrong address because of an incorrect address, the buyer will be held responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the item(s). Read the FAQ section "What if I entered the incorrect address with my order?" for more details.

Select orders within the U.S. will include tracking. Tracking is not available for single stickers, as they're super light to send. Most International packages have an International Service number with limited tracking via customs.

If you want to add tracking to your order, please contact me through Etsy Conversations immediately after purchasing. Tracking internationally can be costly. The buyer is responsible for added tracking costs.

If there are ANY issues with your order, please contact me prior to leaving any feedback so we can work together on a solution. I work hard to ensure all items meet your expectations.

If an item arrives damaged, please deal with your local post office first. Then, send me any photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Should a replacement be requested, I will do my best to work with you. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

According to Etsy Policies, it states: Sellers must ship to the address listed on the Etsy receipt.

An Etsy Conversation is always sent to verify the correct mailing address. Please kindly reply and verify your mailing address. If your address is wrong and has not shipped yet, your order will be cancelled and the buyer will have to re-purchase the item(s) with the correct mailing address.
