Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to ship items?

Domestically, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are shipped out the second and fourth Monday of the month through USPS. Tracking numbers are art print orders. Tracking will not be available for postcards, stickers, or smaller items.

Internationally, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have placed your order already but do not wish to have it anymore please let me know and I will refund you. Refunds cannot be provided once works have been packaged. All International orders will included tracking numbers.

Please Note: Delays may occur due to COVID.

I thought you had free shipping, what happened Chi?

Thank you for asking - I initially intended to keep free shipping in hopes that my works would be more accessible to the community. Unfortunately, I cannot realistically offer this. It costs more than it produces sorta speak. If you would like shipping included in the price - feel free to head over to my Patreon or to privately commission me.

Are you currently taking commissions?

As of May 17, 2021, my commissions are open.

Are you available for projects, murals, artist talks, and in person work?

This largely varies month to month - please forward work inquiries ONLY to chiommani@gmail.com.

PLEASE CONSIDER: I check my email 2-3 times a day and try to respond to every message within 1 to 2 business days. If I have not responded after 3 business days please feel free to send a follow-up message. For in-person events, please provide notice 7 to 10 business days in advance. Thank you!

My order says "pre-transit" what does that mean?

Your order will say pre-transit once your shipping label has been printed. It will change to in transit once the post office has updated your tracking profile.

As of May 17, 2021 - I am using a new shipping schedule where I ship twice a month( 2nd + 4th Mondays.) Shipping has been a personal challenge at times so far and I am working on improving this.
