What if my package is lost in transit, stolen or missing?
I am not responsible for your package once it has been shipped as it is completely out of my hands once dropped off at the post office. Regrettably, I am not able to offer compensation on items lost in transit. If you are in doubt or live in a location where your packages might be vulnerable, message me before purchase & we can discuss a Signature Confirmation option where someone has to be present to sign & receive parcel.
I am not liable for parcels marked as Delivered. Please check the tracking provided first and if it says that it was delivered, please contact your local post office. You may want to also check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake.
How will my item(s) be packaged?
All items are safely packaged with plenty of protective padding to ensure a safe journey to you!
If I want a crystal or dream catcher with certain characteristics (size, shape, color, patterns, etc...) how can I request that?
You can either message me before purchase with questions, or you can leave a note to seller upon check out and I will try my very best to accommodate.
Why don't you ship to my country?
I have encountered problems with delivery to some countries on international orders. For this reason, I have restricted default shipping settings; however, if you would like to message me regarding your order, I can evaluate your location and decide if I am able to ship to you. I am not responsible for delayed delivery times or lost international packages, so this is a voluntary risk you agree to take when purchasing internationally. I will try my best to help if, for some reason, your international package gets stuck in transit.
What if my order is marked as “delivered” but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking number says your order is delivered, but you cannot find it, please first check with your mail carrier to see if it was incorrectly delivered to a neighbor. Please ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake, and if you cannot locate it, please call USPS to speak to a representative, as they are more capable of helping find your package that I am. In order for me to help, you must contact me within ONE WEEK of the item being marked as delivered.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within ONE WEEK of receiving it. Please send detailed and clear photos of the damage, so I may properly assist you.
