Wholesale availability
All original paintings and objects are only ones.
Limited edition art prints are available 100 each.
Each print is signed and numbered on the front.
Shipping and handling
Work on papers and prints ship in a cellophane sleeve insider a sturdy hard backed envelope.
Small works on canvas ship wrapped in glassine paper and bubble sheets in a padded mailer.
Large paintings ship rolled in a tube inside of a box for extra protection.
Usually ships 1-2 business days, orders from Friday to Sunday, all ship on Monday.
In holiday season, please order in advance to receive in time.
International shipping
I'm excited to announce that now Macoon Design ships to selected countries. I had to learn how to ship items safely and without any issues to those two countries and I think I got it. Currently I'm working on other countries in Europe how to ship. Let's see.
Who should I contact about order tracking and delivery?
After your order leaves our facility, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your package(s). If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier directly:
If a local carrier provides GPS information that the package was delivered to correct address, and the package is still missing, please file a theft / police report then provide the file to this shop. We will no replace / refund for missing package(s) without a official police report.
