Announcement
NOTE: All 2024 eclipse shirts are printed to order, which gives them a little longer processing time than the designs we keep in stock. This allows us to offer shirts for all the states along the path of totality, without the risk and storage space needed to print all of those shirts ahead of time. Please let us know if you would like to order these in large batches and we can work up bulk pricing. We're also open to printing these wholesale for your group or resale business. Thanks!
Get behind the scenes and keep up with new designs by following us on social media:

Hello and thank you for visiting MerchOp! We're a small (two person) screen printing shop in the Shawnee Hills of Southern Illinois. Currently operating out of the converted family garage, we design and print by hand our own original designs as well as commercial work for bands and local businesses.
PLEASE NOTE If you are purchasing band merch from The Hooten Hallers: We print these items to order, so their processing times are longer. We try to ship as quickly as possible, but if you are buying band merchandise as a gift, please feel free to send us a convo so that we can make sure not to miss your special occasion. And thank you for supporting hard working musicians!
Don't know what size to order? Many of our listings have a size specifications table included with the product photos. You can measure a favorite shirt, just below the sleeves, and compare that to the chart to pick the best size option. Be patient with us as we slowly revise all of our listings with this information.
