I am happy to accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. Once you have notified me that you want to return the jewellery you have up to 14 days with which to return it.

Unfortunately I’m are not able to accept return of earrings due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that your earrings are faulty these maybe returned for refund or exchange.


All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. I am unable to accept returns of items purchased through a retailer or internet third party.

Please note, that you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to us unless I delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.


Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (eg. Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery) with the correct level of insurance that covers the value of the jewellery you are returning. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery item is faulty after wearing it within 30 days of receiving it you have the legal right to a full refund or if you would prefer - a replacement item. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. For example if a chain is broken by being pulled off your neck by a young child this item wouldn’t be deemed as faulty.

After the period of 30 days a refund or replacement is it at our discretion. On receiving the jewellery item it will be inspected and the offer of repair or replacement will be at discretion. I may charge you for any repairs but I will notify you of this on inspection of the item. Unfortunately Repairs are not guaranteed.

All our earrings are made or sterling silver including posts and backs.

Where possible we use recycled sterling silver and this is noted in the listing descriptions.

All plated items are plated by hand with a pen plater which I do in-house. 18ct Rose gold and 18ct yellow gold solutions are used. Gold plating is always plated over sterling silver I never use base metals. Plating is on the main parts of the earrings only and doesn’t include posts and backs. These can be plated on request at a small additional charge.

Almost all of my jewellery listings are handmade to order and so requires a 5-7 working day dispatch time. If you require it sooner then please contact me before purchasing and I will let you know if this is possible.
