Payment is required before I make your personalized piece.
Orders may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Custom Orders that go for more than 5 days without contact or payment are subject to cancellation.
If you are dissatisfied with your Custom Order result before I ship it, you are entitled to a refund.

To ensure long life for your jewelry pieces, avoid wearing them into water & while you sleep. Each piece will weather constant wear differently - contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Wholesale purchases are available for Resale Business, Event Planners, and fellow craftspeople. I may ask for verification upon order request.

Here's my basic formula wholesale pricing for handmade pieces::
5 - 10 pieces = (20% off original price) x (number of pieces) + (shipping cost)
11 - 25 pieces = (35% off original price) x (number of pieces) + (shipping cost)
26 - 50+ pieces = (50% off original price) x (number of pieces) + (shipping cost)

This equation works for most pieces I can easily make. The more time consuming & expensive materials I use, the higher the cost of production, therefore this formula may not apply to certain listings.

Each piece will come packaged in either a small gift box or chiffon gift bag. Requests for specific packaging may by accommodated if acknowledged before purchase. More formal gift wrapping is available upon request.

Please carefully measure yourself before placing an order for a sized item. I cannot honor refunds or exchanges for handmade & sized items that do not fit. Vintage pieces that do not fit may be eligible for a refund if the item is returned in it's original condition and the return is initiated within 48 hours of receiving the piece.

Once I take your parcel to the USPS, it is no longer my responsibility. You are then responsible for tracking your item. I thoroughly protect all items via secure packaging, however any damage done through the USPS is not my responsibility.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery; yes, even gifts.
Returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent back after this window may not receive a full refund.
Returns must be unworn, and in original packaging.
Your misunderstanding of a listing is not basis for a return.

I do not accept returns of items purchased in person at craft shows.
