Can I combine Shipping?
Absolutel, happy to do so! Feel free to contact us prior to purchase and we can give you a better idea of what that combined shipping price might look like. As always, any overages more than $2 will be credited back to you asap.
What if my item arrives damaged due to shipping?
I take great care to pack items carefully so that they arrive safely. Occasionally items can arrive broken/damaged. It is extremely important to let me know right away!
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the package arrival with the following information:
-Take & send pictures of the packaging exterior
-Take & send pictures of the internal contents and the breakage
-A detailed description of the damage
-Do not throw away your packaging or broken items. They may request to see it in person.
USPS accepts claims w/i a 30 day timeframe. This is why a little due diligence up front can be very helpful in the end!
What days do you ship?
I ship from Seattle Washington, and generally able to process and ship orders Monday through Thursday.
What happens if my item was lost in shipping?
This doesn't happen very often. We keep a close eye on tracking for all packages sent out and will contact you at the email provided if it seems to be taking too long.
Our shipping labels are printed via etsy exactly as the buyer has typed them. USPS allows 30 days from the date of shipment for a case to be filed via USPS.com. Please contact us and file a claim via usps as soon as possible.
Please note that Zartefacts is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided or items lost in shipment. This is an issue that requires the buyer to follow up with USPS right away. We are happy to help provide proof of purchase or any other pertinent info that may be needed.
