I gladly accept custom and personalized order on most types of items I create, though in times when I am overwhelmed by my day job or other custom orders, they may be temporarily unavailable. Ask away, and I’ll always respond with a quote and timeframe!

I am transitioning into less plastic-however I have a lot of cellophane still for smaller items, prints, and custom watercolour paintings. I line most orders in recycled plastic to help protect them from bending or punctures, and all orders come with a business card. Once my cellophane is used up, and on any acrylic paintings, the front of the piece will be lined with acid-free paper to help protect it, and again, reinforced with cardboard. All orders of paper products (watercolour originals, all prints, bookmarks) are shipped via letter mail, which is NOT tracked or insured. Once the postal system has it, it is out of my hands on when; or whether you receive your item. Sometimes items take up to four weeks to arrive, so if it’s only been 10 days, don’t panic yet.
I can re-ship prints if the buyer is able to pay for shipping. Custom orders and original paintings need to be re-purchased and remade. For this reason, I strongly recommend asking about upgrading shipping on large print orders, custom orders, or originals. Charms, and acrylic paintings ARE shipped with tracking, but not insured. I am always able to upgrade shipping at buyer request and expense!
