Awake, Anxious & Designing Pins

I have always been a huge fan of buttons, pins, and patches. Towards the end of 2018, I hit a rough patch and was told what I had been dealing with was anxiety. In the worst of it, I thought about how I could never find interesting Korean themed pins anywhere. So it dawned on me, “why not just make your own?” And that’s what I did/am doing.

Name: Anxiety | something I sometimes deal with. Like a constant state of worry that interferes with your health and body.
(And)
Kimbap | It’s a cheap food here in Korea that I found myself eating a lot when I wasn’t in the mood to cook or do anything myself.

Theme: My pins are greatly influenced by Korean things (food, objects, language etc.) that I experienced or have come in contact with while living here.
