-Please make any customization requests before purchase, as they may result in item price changes
-Item colors may vary slightly in person from what you see on screen
-Due to recent USPS delays I ask that you wait up 2-3 weeks from the expected delivery date before requesting a refund/resend of an order. I am unable to resend orders marked as “delivered”
-If you realize you provided an incorrect address, please message ASAP! I am unable to re-send incorrectly addressed packages that are the fault of the buyer unless they are returned to me.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Not unless there is a defect or error in your order. If you have a problem with your order please don’t hesitate to contact me!
Do you offer refunds or re-sends?
If your package is marked as "delivered" I will NOT offer refunds or re-sends. However, if your package has not been marked as "delivered" within a few weeks of the expected delivery date, a re-send or refund may be requested.
