When will my order ship?
The current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks BEFORE shipping. Since most items are custom or personalized each item is made to order (unless stated otherwise) meaning that your item isn't made until you place your order and your payment clears. We process all orders in the order of which they are received. Due to the current high volume of orders it may take up to 2 weeks before your item(s) ship. If you need your items earlier than the current turnaround time, please contact us PRIOR to submitting your order.
Will the item I receive look exactly like the picture shown?
Being a Handmade Business (meaning not massed produced by a machine) each item may be slightly different than what is shown. For example, the design placement may appear different depending on the size you order. Even though we try our best to reflect accurate colors in our listings, sometimes the shades of a color are slightly different in person. This can be caused by different computer monitors or cell phone screens.
How do I wash my new shirt?
It is recommended to wash your shirt inside out in cold water. Dry on low heat seating or hang to dry. Do NOT bleach or dry clean. Do NOT wash in hot water or dry on high heat. Do NOT iron over vinyl design.
If the design starts to peal around the edges, you can keep the shirt right side out and place a thing cloth (pillow case) over the entire design and press with hot iron, no steam.
