Announcement    After many melted chocolates, Karma in the Kitchen has lost confidence in the US Postal Service. For this reason, all future orders will be shipped via FedEx. This necessitates a significant hike in shipping charges. Not an easy decision to be made, but one has to weigh the cost of lost boxes, delays in delivery, and the overall lack of concern for our small business. Over the last 10 years in business, not one of our claims for damage has been met with any offer of relief.

If you would like your order to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, please message us. We'll be happy to comply, but please know that it's not a risk we can guarantee.

Hot Weather Warning!!
We are not liable for products melting during shipping. Due to temperature variations across the country that are out of our control, we cannot guarantee the unmelted or melted status of chocolate/caramel/fudge products that are shipped during the warm months. Orders placed between May and October will include a cold pack.

Please note that the cold packs we use to keep the product from melting will only last approximately two (2) days, therefor it is imperative that the package not be left in the mailbox for very long. Please keep this in mind & chose an address where someone can always receive your package, if you will be away, at work during the day, or traveling.
