Frequently asked questions
Will the custom jumpers be in stock again soon?
Yes! We are constantly restocking the jumpers, we will be aiming to restock once a month in the new year (2022)
Will I get my jumper by Christmas?
Yes! There is a 1-4 week production time for jumpers in November/December (4-6 weeks the rest of the year) but all jumpers will ship by the 1st December, so should be with you in time for Christmas.
Sizing details
There is a size chart on the jumper listing, please use that to find out what size would be best for you. Take a jumper you own and love and measure it across and down, then compare it to the measurements on the sizing chart.
Do you have children’s sizes for the jumpers?
We do! They are unfortunately only available in maroon and baby pink, but they will also be continually restocked, so keep an eye out for those.
Can you make a jumper with my own letter on it?
Yes! That’s kind of the point ;) Use the listing “MADE TO ORDER” jumpers to get your own size/colour/letter. The “READY TO SHIP” listing is only for the very few we have made and in stock at the moment.
Can't I just pre-order a jumper in my size?
Unfortunately not, our supplier sends us "one size fits all" jumpers which we then measure and list as measured. It's very frustrating, for you and us, but we can only work with what we're given and list what we get sent.
Can you do larger sizes?
Unfortunately again, our supply is limited to what we are given from our supplier. We have been trying for a long time to find larger sized jumpers but with no success so far.
When will you get "X" size and colour in stock?
As above, we can't order specific sizes from our supplier, so we can never tell when we'll have a specific size in stock. There is ONLY one inch between the sizes though...why not try an inch larger/smaller and see if it works? We're open to returns if your chosen size doesn't work.
I'm a small, which size should I get?
"Small" is a social construct and doesn't mean anything, we sell our jumpers by their measurements in inches, which are universal. Please measure a jumper that you own and love and compare them to the sizes on the sizing chart. Tip: If you're after a particularly small size, please check the kids jumpers to see if there's one in there that could work. Size 8/XS humans have found the age 11/12 jumper a perfect fit before #justsaying
Are you going to restock again soon? I want to buy a jumper as a Christmas present.
We restocked the jumpers once a month this year (2021) and our last restock was on the 1st November. The lead time on jumpers is 4 - 6 weeks, and post takes a couple weeks to arrive. This means that all the jumpers we sold on the 1st of Nov will be made throughout the month and shipped off before the 1st of December. I am sure you can see why it would be impossible to have another restock in December and have people still get their jumpers for Christmas! Besides that, we will be closing the store on the 28th November as Rookie and I will be off on holiday from then. I would suggest planning ahead for next year and start thinking about personalized Christmas gifts a couple months before December at least, as they take time to make.
