- Wood Rings should always be handwashed, never in a dishwasher or soaked in the sink. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in damage to the ring, including splits, breaks and splinters.

BLOCKS:
Spot cleaning/sanitizing by hand is recommended, but if a run through the wash is deemed necessary, please use a cold water, gentle cycle with gentle detergent free of brighteners, whiteners, and chemicals harmful to baby and the environment. Post wash cycle, toss in a low setting dryer or air dry. Knead the block into shape.

Follow these simple care instructions for both organic and non-organic items.

Bib sizes denote the distance between the actual snaps, not the length of the bib, itself.

Custom orders are welcome, however, please keep in mind that creating a custom block will take longer as the layout of fabrics, ribbons, etc., takes a lot of thought.

I'm happy to personalize, but on a limited basis. I do everything by hand, and at this time, the personalization is in the form of a hand-embroidered applique.

Custom orders and personalized orders cannot be expedited as they usually take up to 2 weeks dependent upon my current work order.

To have your order expedited (made by hand and shipped quickly) there is a RUSH FEE of $20.

My packaging is simple and minimal, at this time. I like to minimize my shop waste, so I use discarded fabric strips to bundle up most orders, and everything goes into a clear waterproof bag to protect your item(s) from the elements.

I am currently in the process of creating packaging that will enhance my products and leave a minimal impact on the landfill.

I make EVERYTHING by hand, by myself. I've requested a personal fairy to answer emails and tidy the shop floor, as well as a couple of seamstresses to help with the sewing, but until those positions are full, it's just me:
answering emails
searching for and ordering fabrics
photographing new items
writing listings
packaging
cutting tags and labels....
Please know that I work around the clock, until the wee hours when even the mice have stopped playing (and yes, I am seriously lining up a team for the future).
