Sending a gift directly to the recipient? Let me know if you'd like a small gift note included in the package and how you'd like it to read. No receipt or invoice will be included in the package. The only invoice will be the one which you can view through the Etsy buyer account and email.

Custom order availability varies, so please send us a message if you have a question about a custom order. It will be helpful in your message if you can include: USA shipping zip code, preferred dimensions and the verbiage/style you are looking for on your sign.

The processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered and when it ships. Your item(s) will ship 3 weeks from order date and shipping will be via USPS priority, which typically takes an additional 2-3 business days. Custom orders may be longer. Burlap prints are shipped first-class. All orders include a tracking number and will be sent once item(s) are shipped.

Unless you have ordered a double-sided sign or a signature board, the back of your sign and frame will be unfinished (no stain) unless otherwise requested in an Etsy message or in the "note to seller" section of your order.

Photos and designs belong to Wooden That Be Somethin', please be respectful and do not use our images or duplicate our designs without permission and credit.

Conversations will be responded to within 24-48 hours on regular business days, Monday through Friday.

Please allow additional response time during weekends, holidays, and shop closings.

Purchases made with free shipping are subject to my normal return policy. In addition, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by USPS. Shipping is a completed transaction. I can not get a refund on the original shipping for an item delivered, therefore that part of the transaction is not eligible to be refunded.

Once an order is in production it is sent to the print provider, and I can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the wrong size or color was ordered, I will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. So please make sure all details of your order are correct before checking-out. If there are issues with the physical product, such as a manufacturing or printing error, please reach out to me so that we can work together on a solution.
