All Items in my shop are a "custom order" I cannot do policy refund or exchange, it is not valid on custom orders. Please make sure when selecting your ring size for a custom ring to be extra careful as I cannot make any adjustments to sizes after it’s been made. Handmade in Australia.

ATTENTION PLEASE : there is no exchange or change of mind on custom rings. All stones in my Etsy shop are natural stones, they are not dyed , they are not lab created and therefore you will have imperfect stones. I specifically look for stones like this, which makes them true artisan handmade rings. You will have to allow for inclusions, slightly surface scratches , sometimes , imperfect stones. If these type of stones are not your thing then I honestly suggest not to buy these. If you after perfect lab created stones, these stones are not for you. You will also need to allow for slight imperfections in the ring making process. I am a handmade shop, everything is made by hand, so there will be slight imperfections.

How should I clean my sterling silver jewellery?
STERLING SILVER / Silver will develop a patina; it is its nature! Pieces can easily be brought back to a bright sheen using polishing cloths (I'm partial to the Sunshine brand).
Does Sterling Silver Oxidize?
Over time, any sterling silver jewellery exposed to air will tarnish. This is why I recommend you keeping your jewellery pieces in the linen bag/box I provide you with. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. It's the other metals, primarily copper, that cause sterling silver to tarnish. The copper reacts to moisture and sulfur in the air, causing the tarnishing reaction.
Can I select the stone you will be making me for my custom order piece?
Yes! Definitely. When you make your purchase - in the message to seller, please advise the type of stone you'd like...for example an Amazonite stone, you can say , you'd like a really soft blue one or a very dark teal one with lots of inclusions etc.. I can photograph the one with your instructions before I start making it, so we can agree on the piece.
I have a happiness guarantee, so I want to make sure that you will be very happy with your piece.
Shipping times?
Shipping can vary, and whilst I post with Australia Post and have tracking all the way, a domestic order should only take somewhere between 2-5 working days.
International - can take from around 10 days up to 30 days.

International orders : We are not responsible for customs fees. These fees are determined by YOUR home country at the time of the arrival of your package and are impossible to predict. We are required by law to accurately describe all contents of your order on the shipping label (we cannot mark purchases as gifts), so please be aware of the fact that you may incur further fees to claim your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Visiting your local jeweller is the 100% best way to ensure the right fit, and the most accurate method.
The next best method I find is also pretty accurate. Find a ring you love to wear now, that looks like the same width of the ring your ordering in my shop. Grab a ruler and measure the inside circumference of the ring, then let me know what you measured when you place your order, or message me first to determine the size.
Also you can google "printable ring size chart" make sure you print it at 100% like the image and follow the instructions.
