Art by Angele G's clip art is the only art graphic in the shop that may be used commercially. Clip art packs come with permission of personal and small-commercial use - this means up to 100 units of sales. If a customer wishes to sell more than 100 units, they must buy an additional Commercial License.

Printables are available for download immediately after purchase - http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases . If you missed the automatic link upon purchase, and can't find the e-mail in your inbox, you can also access your bought digital files by going to You > Purchases and Reviews, and click 'Download Files' to the right of the order in question. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive a download link in your receipt email. Make sure to check your spam or junk box if you can't find it.

I realize everyone's printers are different if you're printing from home. Newer printers should give you the option to print either borderless or no bleed. Unfortunately, some printers (especially older ones) don't have the option.

Please be aware: due to differences in computer monitor and printer calibrations, colours may appear different onscreen than in print. The final print will depend on the quality of paper and printer used. I recommend using a smooth cardstock or photo paper (matte or semi-gloss). You may also have to disable automatic colour correction in your print settings.

Stores like Staples, FedEx Kinko, Walgreens, and Costco can all also provide quality printing. You can also take your file to a professional printer for the best result; (I'm a huge fan of CatPrint myself). Be sure to instruct your chosen store not to apply colour correction.

I do not accept Returns or Exchanges for my Printable Digital files. However, should you buy one of the few SHIPPED items in my shop, cancellations up to 12 hours do apply. I will, of course, offer a similar replacement item should your art print, card, etc... get lost in the vast sea of our postal services and not arrive 30 days after shipping OR accept Returns/Exchanges (on these items only). Unfortunately, Canadian postal tracking is generally too costly for the items I sell, and I only offer standard shipping. If any of my Canadian buyers are interested in adding tracking to their orders, please let me know! Digital Pet Portraits are only Refundable up to the sketching phase.
