I make contemporary botanical jewelry at my studio in Asheville, NC. I'm a full-time artist, but I've followed a slightly different path than most:
I've worked as a corporate attorney, started a family, launched a cut flower business on the family farm, and explored most of the mountain bike trails in Western North Carolina.
As you might have guessed, I like to stay occupied! I also like to figure out how to make beautiful things. I've enjoyed most every aspect of flowers and botanicals, from growing them myself to arranging flowers for local weddings, and now preserving their beauty in my jewelry.
Using the name of the family flower farm, Spotted Dog Farm, I sell my contemporary botanical jewelry at galleries in downtown Asheville, regional art shows and on Etsy.
