During this time, we don't take custom/commissioned orders but are definitely working to make it available in the future!

☆ Shipping ☆
Shipping estimates:-
North America: ~2-3 weeks
International: ~2-4 weeks
European countries: ~4-6 weeks
Estimates are usually accurate, however in a rare event, may take up to 6 weeks
We use Canada Post in Calgary, Canada. Items go out within 1-3 business days. *Only North America orders and orders with prints have tracked shipping. All orders outside N.A are shipped with regular shipping and NO tracking number*
Tracked shipping becomes pricier but we have provided the option for it. Please choose appropriate "Tracking Number" options upon placing order if you may prefer. As always, we'll notify and refund any shipping overages. Feel free to contact us if you'd like your item to be shipped out earlier and we'll gladly do so!
☆ Clothing Sizes & Exchange ☆
Available sizes are S, M, and L. Check size chart in the clothing listings for reference.
If the apparel you ordered does not fit your appropriate size, you may request an exchange for a different size. Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving so that we may schedule an exchange. The condition of the apparel must not have any signs of wear and tear.
