Measure your head or face per the instructions to make sure your helmet fits properly. If, when you get it the helmet does not fit you can return it within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all return costs. buyer can either choose to have a new helmet mailed to them, again paying the shipping cots, or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed once product has been received and if it is in good and sellable condition. If helmet is damaged there will be no refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You are purchasing just the STL digital file to be able to print your own helmet on a 3D printer. If you purchased this I can not give you a refund since you have already received a link to the files.

The file is great, a fair amount of sanding and grinding is a must to be able to put it together. however if you are fine with that, it's an awesome piece.
