Stephani is amazing! She went above and beyond for me. I had ordered the moon water with added rose petals and crystals and when I received it, the bottle was completely full of rose petals and hardly any water (the rose petals had sucked up all the water). When I reached out to Stephani, she offered to send me another bottle with the rose petals separate for me to add myself. It turned out perfect! She also sent extra crystals and a cute moon phase necklace. So happy with my purchase!
