I ship through USPS, either First Class or Priority.
Prints will ship in rigid flat mailers or rigid tubes, depending on their size. Original works will ship in rigid mailers or boxes, and I'll take every effort to make sure both originals and prints are packaged safely.
I can't guarantee they will be handled the same by the postal service, though! See "Returns & Exchanges" for more information regarding this.

In the interest of cutting back on paper waste, I will not include a printed receipt in most orders. International orders will always have a printed receipt included in their package. This is required by your country's law to comply with VAT regulations. You can view your order information under your account's order history. If you'd like a receipt printed included with your order, please let me know!

If an order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact me within 3 business days of arrival. If it has been more than 10 business days after the piece was scheduled to be delivered, and it has yet to arrive, contact me.

PHONE CASES : Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

I will not issue refunds on orders due to circumstances beyond my control, such as but not limited to your order being late due to post office congestion or post office delays.

To cut back on plastic waste, I will put multiple prints or products in cello sleeves when I can. The cello sleeves I use can be recycled with other plastic bags, but check your local requirements. I am trying to move towards using more eco-friendly products to protect and ship my work, so please bear with me!
