All wooden toys by WoodAndColortoys are made with high quality materials - fine wood, Biofa paints certified for kids' toys.The toys are sealed with varnish of wax, certified for children's toys for extra protection against moisture and dirt.
However the finish fix the paint from damages, it is not recommended to apply strong mechanical effect to the toy - as rubbing, biting, beating, washing with water.
To clean the toy - please use dry of slightly damp cloth.

To make a custom order - either choose a listing with the word CUSTOM in the description, it means that you will be able to choose preferences in options and add other information for customization to the "note to seller".
Also you can always tap "Request a custom order" button on any listing's page (only web version of Etsy, not available for an app) to have something made exclusively for you.
Moreover you can start any New convo and make a custom order request right there.

As all the toys are hand made, there can be slight differences in dimensions - up to 5 mm. Any other differences to the listed photos are to be discussed individually in convo.

Since we use natural wood as the main material for our products, this means some knots, variations of color, and other natural marks may appear in different items.
For items made of wood slices - the appearance of bark may differ.

Due to natural characteristic of material (natural wood) it has some issues to be warned about.
Considerable physical impact such as being hit on the floor of falling from hight may cause the breaking of parts and making it dangerous to use. Please use it for mild game and don't let a child strongly hit or dissemble it.
The toys are painted with EN71 certified paints, approved to be safe for baby's toys as a finishing substance, however none of WoodAndWatercolour toys is recommended to be used as a teether to prevent from biting a piece of wood from it.
Unlike some extra- strong kinds of plastic, natural wooden toys have these issues to keep in mind to use them safely and enjoy their unique characteristics as long as possible.

To avoid misunderstanding we ALWAYS ship orders to the address provided in the order. Please double check if your PayPal address is right. If you notice a mistake before the order is shipped please CONTACT US to cancel the order and make a new one with correct address. If the order is already shipped we can cancel the order only after (in case if) we get that parcel returned to us by mail. In this case we can refund the items' total and we don't refund shipping cost.

We accept PayPal as the only payment method.

This means you can pay from your PayPal balance OR use guest payment without having PayPal account ( pay with your credit or debit card).
