This item is much smaller than represented in the listing. The fabric is listed as velvet and looks gorgeous in the listing however matte craft fabric is used in the construction. The finished product looks cheap. It would be suitable as a child’s toy but not for display as fashionable or high end home decor. I had high hopes given the ratings from other users on other products. This product seems to simply not be in the same league as others. The customer service is also terrible. The store owners went to great lengths to defend what they sent and even became confrontational in their responses accusing me of making excuses rather than correcting the issue. On the upside, packaging and shipping times were great. Generally speaking, good luck with this store.

Cute and well made but MUCH smaller than described. My order was for 2 “Large 16 inch diameter” pillows (listed item description) but the pillows I received are actually less than 11 inches in diameter. The seller was fairly incensed when I pointed out the discrepancy in size and ignored my request for a possible replacement. It wasn’t really worth the trouble but I certainly wouldn’t order from her again. I do have pics of my order description as well as a measurement of the actual product.

I tried to tell you that it doesn't measure that way but you don't understand me. It is very clear what the dimensions are in the photos. I'm sorry that I couldn't please you. The size is clearly indicated in the photos of the product.
