[PROCESS]

1. PURCHASE DEPOSIT
When you are ready to place an order, please purchase a deposit on the same listing, which requires a non-refundable $100 deposit.

2. SUBMIT WORDING FORM
Once you place your deposit, please submit your wording and personalization details. The form will be provided via email.

3. PROOF REVIEW
Upon receiving your deposit and wording form, proofs will be carefully designed and then sent to you within 5-7 business days via email. There are free 3 correction rounds for each order and additional revisions have a cost of $50. Any errors that are found after printing will be subject to a reprint fee to cover supplies and labor.

4. PRINTING
Once I have your approval and final payment, printing will begin. Printing and finishing take between 6-8 weeks. Your invitations will ship flat, carefully packaged and ready for assembly. Rush printing is available if needed.

5. SHIPPING
All orders ship Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days domestically and 10-15 business days internationally. Shipping costs are based on the actual packaged weight of your invitation order and its destination. A tracking email will be sent when your order ships. Expedited shipping is available if needed.

[CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS]
Orders cancelled within 1 business day of purchase will be fully refunded. Please contact to me with any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing a listing.

[RETURNS]
Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
