We ship all of our items through USPS. We ship either Priority Mail 3-4 day delivery, or Ground Advantage 3-7 day delivery.

A proof of the lettering for custom and personalized items will be sent to you within 2 - 4 days of purchase. If the item you purchase is not customized or personalized, you will not receive a proof of the lettering.

No. We use professional quality permanent vinyl for the lettering. Specifically Oracal 651.

For many years I hand painted the lettering for each and every sign, without the use of a stencil. It was not very productive for the high volume of orders we receive.
The use of professionally cut vinyl lettering allows for clean edges, which look gorgeous in photos, and to easily change the font style. This will help customize your signs to match your style, but they will still have the quality and beauty you expect from our signs.

All of our products are handmade from start to finish in our home studio in Las Vegas, Nevada♥

Each sign is individually handcrafted for you. Since all signs and products are handmade, no two are alike, especially the distressed areas of signs. But, the overall appearance of the sign and products will be the same as in the photos.

We pick the wood at the lumber yard, cut the wood, sand the wood, painted or stain the wood, and apply the lettering. Not to forget to mention the design work and proofs we do to create your personalized lettering.

We take extra care in the packaging of our items, no items/items are every packaged "broken", but accidents do happen during transit and handling through the Post Office.

Contact us as soon as you become aware of the damaged item (within 3 days of delivery of package). Take a photo, and send it to us so we can make a claim with the Post Office, and so we can ship you a new one :)

You will not have to wait for the Post Office claim to be complete to receive a replacement sign if you send us a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of the delivery of package. So please open your package as soon as you receive it :)

Yes, we offer rush orders, but this is NOT for Express Delivery Mail service.

It's a "Rush Fee" for the extra time we will put into getting your sign completed in a shorter time period. Basically, we will be staying up to the wee hours of the night to complete your sign and get it to you by your "need by" date :)

Sign will be shipped through USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery, not Express Mail.

No. For the ease of shipment and shipment cost, the signs are shipped unassembled. The holes are pre-drilled and the package will include screws and directions for assembling.
