I accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card, as well as Etsy gift cards. I do not accept e-cheques.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class.
International delivery is by International Standard.
It is possible to upgrade to signed for or tracked, please ask us.
Please allow 3-4 days for UK delivery, 10+ days for International Delivery. Often orders will arrive more quickly except during very busy times of year like Christmas.

Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery - which is beyond our control.
Please get in touch after 10 working days (UK) or 21 days (International). In rare case of non-delivery please contact us within 30 days of date of order.
Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. The onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition - still in the original packaging- then we will provide a refund less the return postage cost.

All our letters, numbers and shapes are handcut and made to order.(Therefore non-returnable or exchangeable). All sizes are approximate and widths vary on letters and numbers. Please ask us if you are unsure of size and we do not accept returns on our letters numbers and shapes.
Please also note that colours that appear on the computer screen may vary slightly to reality.
