This is a great option to help extend the lifespan & protect it against the elements including, but not limited to, extreme temperatures (very hot, very cold, very damp, or very dry area). It is a clear finish that helps protect your arrows. You can select this option at check out or apply yourself. You can purchase at Home Depot or Lowes, or order on Amazon. The urethane provides maximum UV protection to guard against sun damage. It is mold and mildew resistant & seals out water to help keep your wood looking great longer!
If applying yourself: be sure not to spray too closely to the arrows or you will experience drips; be sure the product is at room temperature upon start of application and keep at room temperature until thoroughly dried. Bringing your product out of rough elements and reapplication of urethane will also aid in lengthen the lifespan.

The cost of shipping will depend on the origin, destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. INTERNATIONAL:
We ship worldwide! For larger items, such as floating ledge shelves, there is a maximum shelf size of 58 inches (Australia 38") that we can ship to you. When purchasing items internationally, please provide us with a phone number in the notes section during checkout. This is important if there are any issues with customs.
MULTIPLE ITEMS:
If multiple items are ordered, specifically floating ledge shelves, they will be shipped in their own boxes, separately. They cannot be shipped in the same box. Smaller items will be shipped together if possible. Multiple packages shipped the same day may get separated during transit. Please refer to each item's tracking number for specifics on package whereabouts.
RUSH ORDERS:
We may be able to be accommodate rush orders depending upon your desired arrival date, the item specifics and our availability to get materials. This would be completing an order sooner than our standard 2-3 week production time. Rushing an order would not change the shipping method you choose at check out and we are not responsible for delays that may occur during shipment. WOOD PRODUCTS:
Please keep in mind that no two pieces are ever the same. Each piece of wood is hand selected especially for you! It will have unique grain patterns, knots, markings & take stain differently. Knots are very common, cannot be avoided when using wood and are a natural part of the wood. Nail holes are extremely small and are not filled. We use small trim nails and admire this look. Nail holes may be more apparent in painted items. It is important to remember that you are buying an item that is completely HANDMADE and not produced by a machine. Each piece is unique & beautiful in its own special way. See listing photos for examples.
PAINT, STAIN & VINYL:

Keep in mind that color appearance may vary from screen to screen and the color of products may appear different on different monitors. We cannot be held accountable for variations in color hue. Multiple factors can affect color display, none of which we have any control of. There may be variation in color samples compared to reality due to factors such as lighting in photographs or brightness on screens. However, we do our best to most accurately title and portray color examples. Please also note that our paint and vinyl products are purchased from different manufacturers. The "same" color may not be an exact color match. Lastly, don’t mistake a color name to be what you may think that color should look like. Regardless, we strive to assure finished products are always looking their best prior to shipment and appreciate your feedback!
CUSTOMIZATION:
We have many personalization options available. Each listing will contain images of available options for color, font, shape, etc. when available. On custom orders, such as destination arrows, we will provide you a draft image (without color) of what your lettering would look like in selected font(s). Please include your text EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on your product either during check out or in a direct message. Due to the detail and time it takes for customizing, we only provide drafts AFTER you have purchased your item. To view a draft, you may need to click on the image to see the full view. We ask that you please review all information and spelling for accuracy. Any edits or changes must be reported back as soon as possible. We usually plan to continue production within 24-48 hours and changes may not be possible after that time. To insure your item arrives safely, we use multiple layers and multiple size bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, heavy duty shipping tape as well as shipping paper when necessary. We do not provide gift boxes or wrapping paper. We do not include a receipt in your package. If this is a gift and you would like a special note included, please message us with your personalized note and we will gladly add it with your order at shipping.

In the rare case of a damaged product during shipment we must be contacted immediately. We take extra care to package your items very well, but if your package appears damaged DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE and send us a clear photo of the damage proof. We will determine if the package needs to be refused or opened. If the package was intact but the item inside is damaged, contact us immediately with images of the mailing container and item. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR retaining the item(s) AND mailing container including wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received. ALL PACKAGING MUST BE KEPT!!! We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. In this situation, our shop offers a couple options. Reach out for further details.

Once a package shows as delivered on the tracking information, we are not responsible for any items that are missing or stolen. If you would like your package to require a signature confirmation, this is something we must be notified of at the time the order is placed, otherwise no signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. Signature confirmation would be an additional fee, you may inquire for details. We will not refund or replace any items that are confirmed as delivered by the courier.

We ship to the address given by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for the customer inputting the wrong address. In the event where the customer has input the wrong address and the package is returned to seller, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees before the item can be reshipped. Please make sure everything is correct before you order!
