Please refer to your order confirmation email which will contain your estimated delivery date.

Please note: this is an estimated delivery date provided by the delivery company. In some circumstances there are delays in post, which we can not be held responsible for. If you need your order by a specific date, please ensure you allow enough time for your order to arrive in case of unexpended delivery delays.

Before purchasing, just send us a message and we will let you know if we are able to fulfil your order by the date required.

If you need your order by a specific date in the near future, we usually suggest upgrading your postage method to a next day delivery, or if an international order, to express/expedited delivery.

We use Royal Mail for all UK, and standard international orders.

For International express orders, we use UPS or FedEx (depending on the country).

As of 04/2022 we are no longer taking on custom design orders.

Custom design orders refer to a customer requesting a product that is not currently displayed in our shop.

We are only offering the designs as shown in our shop, however almost all of these can be personalised as shown and described in the listings.

We do not send digital proofs of our products as standard, as the images are a true representation of the product. However we are happy to send a digital proof of your order for you to see and approve before we print, if requested. You can make your request within your order notes, or send us a direct message on Etsy and we will send one to you before we print your order.

With that being said, it is worth baring in mind, that digital proofs can delay order dispatch and delivery dates as in some cases, we are having to wait a significant amount of time for print approval, which causes delays in printing.

At the moment, we do not offer double sided printing.
