Importantly, my head doesn't get too hot after 20 minutes of walking, so I don't have to stash it in a pocket. Karen responds to questions quickly. provided useful product information, and, delivers orders promptly. I ordered my hat a week before Christmas, and it arrived at my house 3 days after placing my order!

I love this hat! The colors are wonderful, and the size is just right on me, so that it doesn't slide down to my eyes and make my forehead sweat!

I have loved the colors in this hat since I first saw it on Karen's site. I finally gave it to myself for Christmas this year! And yes, I look as cute as a bug in it. Thank you Karen for a great new treasure!
