This Picture Frame pattern gives you the perfect opportunity to frame your favorite fabrics. If you are daring, you could even transfer a real photograph onto a light colored fabric by using Mod Podge or photo transfer paper. You may want to frame a single block or insert multiple of them into a bigger quilt or any other project you are working on. Have fun with your color and pattern choices to make it personal and unique for you.
The size of this block is 5”x6”. You can easily reduce or enlarge the size by printing at a different scale.
After your purchase, you will be able to download a PDF file of the pattern.
The PDF includes a colored and labeled diagram, a page to plan your fabric choices, the pattern at 100% scale for the original image and a mirrored copy, and a printing chart to reduce or enlarge the pattern.
The PDF comes in standard letter size (8.5"x11"), but you should be able to print on A4 paper.
If you are not familiar with paper piecing, you can check out my blog to read a tutorial. I have also listed some other resources to get you started. (http://protoquilt.blogspot.com/)
