Starlight is a holographic top coat, meant for layering over other polishes. The first three pictures belongs to Lauren of Dizzy Nails - the first shows three coats of Starlight by itself, the second and third show Starlight over black and white. The fourth picture shows one coat of Starlight on black, blue, red, and by itself, and the fifth picture is of the base polishes, before they were layered with Starlight. The sixth picture shows a comparison between Starshine (on the left) and Starlight (on the right), both one coat over black.
Starlight has a bright holographic rainbow. If you want a softer, more subtle rainbow effect, please look at Starshine holographic top coat.
The last picture shows what the 15mL and 7.5mL bottles look like.

Starlight is a custom polish, made from scratch with nail lacquer base and SpectraFlair. Starlight Polish is 5 free, meaning free of DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, and camphor, and contains no carmine or other animal-derived pigments.
