I have done some custom orders for previous customers, and I have also rejected some customized orders. It all depends on what you want to be done and whether I can achieve all the details you want in a timely manner. I'm honest, so if your order is beyond my skills, I will have to decline kindly. Additionally, if I don't have the materials, cannot find the materials needed to fulfill your orders, or we both cannot reach an agreement on alternatives for the materials, I will also decline. If your order is missing an item, please contact me immediately within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your items. In your message please include a picture of what you originally received. I will kindly ship out the missing item at no charge. For a wrong item (on my mistake) or a broken item, contact me immediately within 12 to 24 hours and keep the original packaging. You will need the original packaging to send the wrong/broken item back to me. I will provide you with a return label. Once I receive the item, I will ship out your item to you at no additional shipping charges.
