I have done some custom orders for previous customers, and I have also rejected some customized orders. If your order is missing an item, please contact me immediately within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your items. In your message please include a picture of what you originally received. I will kindly ship out the missing item at no charge. For a wrong item (on my mistake) or a broken item, contact me immediately within 12 to 24 hours and keep the original packaging. You will need the original packaging to send the wrong/broken item back to me. I will provide you with a return label. Once I receive the item, I will ship out your item to you at no additional shipping charges.
