So I ordered the backpack with the bag. Took forever to come I even try to ask when is my order coming. I never got a response. Suddenly later on I got a email saying it’s been shipped weeks later. I looked at my order several time it said the color black. When I got it was light grey with the name in black, the backpack is very small. Seller claimed that the measurements was on there. Seller said I ordered that colored and she can’t refund. She didn’t even offer to correct it because she said that I ordered it. I’ve not ordered on this site which these are all small businesses that seem to be on here. I wouldn’t have never ordered that color and agree to pay for the shipping fee and not get what I want. Worst customer service you should never order from here and just order locally need where you live. If I can give no stars.
