I ordered my planner in November 2023 and I still have not received it as of February 2024. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, and received a notification that her shop is closed. I have ordered a planner from her for the past 4 years, so I am very disappointed to have to write this review - having wrote excellent reviews for her the past 3 years - but I have not been able to get in contact and have not received my purchase.
