I make every item by hand, so your item will have its own unique pattern.

I seal each item with wax sealant for water resistance and a lovely matte finish. That said, Jesmonite is porous so wipe any food residue off this item immediately with a damp cloth to prevent stains.

Please note, this item should only be used to store eggs in their shells or other food items in wrappers. Do not place exposed food directly on the surface as Jesmonite has not been tested for food contact.
