Some info about production process;
Clays are shaped by hand and let it dry for a week. During this time, more items are produced with clay. So, there is enough items to fill the kiln. More items mean, happy more customers ^^
Ceramics are kilned at 1000° in first kilning progress. They come out from the kiln as biscuits, they are prepared for the second kilning. In this phase, all the biscuits are washed and get cleaned. After that all the products are glazed one by one by hand. All of this preparation for the second kiln takes also one week.
When preparation is completed, products are kilned at 1040°. They come out from the kiln as ceramics. Now, they are food safe and ready to ship world!
