Step 1: Sketch out your desired shape. Don't forget to mention the size!

Step 2: Select the design fee. The fee for a simple design (just the outline) is 5€ and the outline + stamping details inside 9€.

Step 3: Select the 3D printing fee.The fee for a small sized cutter (up to 3cm) is 3€. The fee for a medium sized cutter (up to 6cm) is 4€. The fee for a large cutter (up to 10cm) is 7€. The fee for an extra large cutter (10cm and up) is 10€.

Step 4: Make the purchase and send us your sketch.

Depending on the workload the time for the order completion may take between 2-8 business days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT HOLD COPYRIGHTS OF YOUR DESIGNS, I WILL NOT DISTRIBUTE THEM IN ANY WAY, NOR SHARE THEM ON SOCIAL WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. FURTHERMORE, I WILL NOT ACCEPT DESIGNS COPIED BY FELLOW MAKERS.

I am willing to replace a package if it gets lost and you never receive it, but you will have to cover the new shipping costs. However, if a package is marked “delivered” on the service’s track and trace page and you haven’t received it, it means a delivery note reached you but you didn’t claim the package on time. In this case I will not refund, nor replace it. If such an unclaimed package returns to me, I will contact you and upon your request I will send it back to you, but you’ll have to cover the shipping cost.

If you have received your package and you are not happy with the items, you must let me know as soon as possible. Always keep in mind that all my jewelry is crafted by hand and may slightly vary from the product photos, or have minor imperfections due to its handmade nature. This means that each piece is entirely unique and there might be small variations on the patterns or colors. On that basis I will not accept cancelations if your issue with the items is related to the above, or if they’re handled roughly in your possession. If you have received damaged items, i.e. earrings with unglued posts (something that rarely happens), let me know and I will happily replace them for you.

Shipping within Greece is handled by Speedex & ACS.
Worldwide shipping is handled by Hellenic Post. Delivery normally takes 5-20 working days within the EU and 14-35 days for the rest of the world.
As soon as I ship your items, I will send you a message with a tracking number, so that you’re able to track your order in every step of the way. You can check the approximate processing time of each item on the item’s page in my shop.
