I'm afraid all designs in my shop are only available in the format listed, as most of my products are hand printed or sent to a professional printers.
The cost of printing just one item into a new format would be pretty expensive for all involved and generally not worth undertaking.
BUT if I received enough requests for a product to be printed in a different format then I will most certainly consider it in the future.
